Company Role Changes

We are excited to announce some important changes within our company effective January 4, 2016. The team members mentioned below have accepted new roles within Q’Straint and Sure-Lok. Please take a moment to review their new titles and job responsibilities.

JIM REAUME
DIRECTOR OF SALES, TRANSIT MARKET & CANADA

Proudly working with Q’Straint since April 1984, Jim was the company’s very first employee and is responsible for the first Q’Straint product sales in the United States. Jim was the recipient of the Honorary Sales Professional Award in 1996 and initiated the creation of the renowned Q’Straint National Training Seminar. He was originally hired as a Sales Manager and has worked his way up to his most recent promotion as Director of Sales for Canada and the Transit market. Jim has enthusiastically spearheaded the growth and development of the sales department over the years.

MIKE GROM
DIRECTOR OF SALES, PARA-TRANSIT, SCHOOL & MOBILITY

Joining the team in February 2005, Mike will soon celebrate his 11 year anniversary with the company. Starting out as the Operations Manager for Sure-Lok, he supervised the successful startup of the Bethlehem, PA facility. In 2009, Mike accepted a promotion to Director of Operations, taking on new challenges in Engineering, Product Development and Customer Service. In Mike’s newest role, he will be responsible for the Para-Transit, School and Mobility markets in the US and Latin America.

CRAIG GEROLD
OEM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Craig has been with Q’Straint for nearly 10 years, beginning his career as the Sure-Lok Southern Regional Sales Manager in 2006. He supported both Q’Straint and Sure-Lok through the merger and was named OEM Business Development Manager in 2012. In that role, he supported the Para-Transit, School Bus, Mobility, Transit and Seating Manufacturers. Craig most recently accepted his role as OEM Business Development Director, overseeing the OEMs throughout the US.

JOE BOYKO
PLANT MANAGER, SURE-LOK

In April 2005, Joe joined Sure-Lok as Plant Supervisor and has been involved in all aspects of Operations for almost 11 years. Throughout his career, Joe has focused his efforts on implementing improved plant processes in order to render a more efficient workflow and an enhanced customer experience. In January of 2016, Joe accepted a promotion to Sure-Lok Plant Manager.
